First Foreign Best Actor Award at Taipei Film Awards Goes to Thai Actor Wanlop

At the 27th Taipei Film Festival held today, Thai actor Wanlop Rungkumjad, known as the 'Thai Tony Leung', triumphed over four Taiwanese actors to become the first foreign Best Actor in the festival's history.
