31-Year-Old Female Influencer Found Dead After Solo Hiking Trip Just 550 Meters From Trailhead

A tragic incident occurred in Scottsdale, Arizona, where 31-year-old influencer Hannah Moody was reported missing after embarking on a solo hiking adventure. The police located her body the day after her disappearance, just approximately 550 meters from the trailhead. There were no signs of obvious external injuries, and the cause of death is still under investigation.
According to reports from FOX 10 Phoenix and PEOPLE, Moody set out to hike at the Gateway Trailhead on May 21 morning. Around 7:50 PM, her friends reported her missing after not hearing from her. Law enforcement arrived to find her car still parked at the site, and attempts to contact her phone were unsuccessful. Search efforts commenced around 8 PM that evening and were suspended at 11:30 PM, only to be resumed the following morning. Her body was discovered at approximately 12:05 PM the next day, in a non-trail area about 600 yards from the trailhead. Authorities indicated that there were no clear signs of foul play, and initial investigations have ruled out homicide while cooperating with the Maricopa County Medical Examiner's Office to determine the exact cause of death.
Moody was a social media creator with roughly 44,000 Instagram followers, sharing her hiking experiences and Christian faith messages. Shortly before her disappearance, she posted a hiking video and mentioned, “You can find something positive in every situation, as long as you are willing to look for it. God works all things together for good to those who love Him.” Her sudden passing has caused shock and grief among her fans and friends.
