German Media Reports: China Responsible for 80% of Russia's Circumvention of EU Sanctions
According to German media reports, an internal EU document indicates that around 80% of Russia's circumvention of sanctions can be attributed to China, particularly mentioning Hong Kong's role. EU sanctions commissioner David O'Sullivan stated in a meeting in Brussels that the involvement of Chinese enterprises weakens the EU's negotiating position regarding sanctions. Additionally, Ukraine's intelligence agency reported that China continues to supply critical materials to Russia's military industry.
