President Lai Thanks Taiwan's Children's Choir for Strengthening Ties with the Vatican

On the morning of the 10th, President Lai Ching-te met with the "Taiwan Original Voice Children's Choir," praising their recent performance at the Vatican and their international tour across Europe. He emphasized the importance of their songs in promoting exchanges between Taiwan and the Vatican, allowing the world to hear Taiwan's voice.
President Lai expressed his admiration for the choir's performance, highlighting their ability to engage with the Pope through singing in Latin, conveying the message "Taiwan cheers for you." He also shared the choir's memorable collaboration with the famous Sistine Chapel Choir in Italy.
He encouraged the students to continue expressing their culture through music and wished them health and success in their studies.
