Many netizens noted that it is unsurprising to encounter numerous Indian students while studying abroad, given that India has the largest population in the world. A woman pursuing a master's degree in engineering in Europe recently shared her observation that 60-70% of her classmates are Indian. She was taken aback by the fact that during lunch, the entire cafeteria was filled with the aroma of Indian curry, making her feel as though she were at the Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai.

In her post on Dcard, she questioned, "Am I just narrow-minded, or have Indians truly dominated the globe?" The post sparked heated discussions, with many netizens pointing out that India's status as the world's most populous country explains the significant number of international students.

The original poster mentioned that Indian students are very cohesive, often forming groups with each other and speaking in their native language, rarely interacting with other international students. Even during lunchtime, they would sit together, chatting and eating with their hands, leaving her astonished. Many others echoed her sentiments, saying, "Indians are everywhere globally now," and "It seems like everyone is being born as Indians these days."
