New Vietnamese Representative in Taiwan, Phan Kieu Chung, Celebrates Educational Cooperation at Kainan University Graduation

Phan Kieu Chung, the new representative of the Vietnam Economic and Cultural Office in Taipei, attended the graduation ceremony of Kainan University on June 7, marking his first participation in a Taiwanese school's graduation since taking office on April 16.
In his speech, he praised Kainan University's achievements in internationalization, noting that over 1,100 out of nearly 1,500 international students are from Vietnam, making it the university with the highest enrollment of Vietnamese students in Taiwan.
He encouraged all graduates to cherish their knowledge and transform it into competitive advantages and social contributions. He also extended an invitation to Taiwanese and international graduates to study, work, and start businesses in Vietnam.
Phan reiterated the commitment of the Vietnamese Office to support students in Taiwan and expressed gratitude for Kainan University's care and support for Vietnamese students, looking forward to deepening cooperation in education and culture.
