Kyoro Japanese Cuisine Launches Tuna Season Feast to Celebrate Ocean Flavors

The Kyoro Japanese Cuisine restaurant at Kaohsiung Marriott Hotel is offering a limited-time 'Tuna Season' feast until June 30, inviting guests to enjoy premium tuna sourced directly from Donggang. Following the Japanese tradition of 'seasonal eating', the restaurant selects fresh ingredients, emphasizing skillful cutting and cooking to showcase unique dishes.

This feast features various cuts of tuna, including fatty belly, medium fatty, and lean, paired with dishes such as sashimi, nigiri, charcoal-grilled belly, and fried tuna. Additionally, three styles of fresh oyster dishes—orange vinegar soy sauce, grilled, and fried—are presented to satisfy diverse palates.
