Taipei Restaurant Golden Launches Summer Menu and Hosts 'Cock Fight' with Chef Jun Lee
Taipei's contemporary Asian restaurant, Golden, has unveiled its new summer menu, curated by Michelin-starred Chef Kin. This menu is inspired by street memories and diverse culinary experiences, offering a familiar yet fresh taste journey through its tapas-style small plates that are perfect for solo diners or sharing with friends.
Highlights include the appetizers such as 'Grilled Beef Tongue' and 'Stuffed Chicken Wings', while the main courses feature a blend of Japanese beef donburi and Hong Kong char siu in 'Grilled Beef Short Ribs'. This menu showcases rich layers of Asian flavors.
Additionally, Golden will welcome Chef Jun Lee from the two-Michelin-starred restaurant 'SOIGNÉ' in Seoul to participate in the 'Cock Fight' event on June 30, providing a special dual-chef dining experience. The cost is NT3580 per person.
