Tseng Tzu-Yu and Liang Shu-Han Explore Vietnamese Cuisine with a Focus on Durian

Liang Shu-Han passionately recommends Vietnamese durian as part of their food expedition team, which includes Tseng Tzu-Yu, Liang Shu-Han, and Swedish mixed heritage junior Dylan. They will participate in the 'Kaohsiung Beer Music Festival' at the Dream Mall from July 4 to 6. This culinary adventure aims to discover authentic Vietnamese bar snacks and select a restaurant to represent at the festival.
Tseng Tzu-Yu emphasizes that the criteria for food evaluation include 'deliciousness' as a primary factor, along with incorporating local cultural elements in unique preparation methods or special ingredients that add depth and warmth to the flavor. He believes that Vietnamese cuisine's distinctiveness leaves a lasting impression. Liang Shu-Han agrees with these standards, prioritizing taste as her main consideration.
Both expressed their anticipation for trying the Vietnamese baguette and durian, particularly Liang Shu-Han, who highlighted the quality of Vietnamese durian as being exceptional.
Dylan, who has never been to Vietnam, is excited about sampling various Vietnamese dishes and has expressed a keen interest in trying the seven variations of a beef meal during this culinary journey, hoping to avoid coriander.
