Kaneko Hannosuke Unveils Truffle Surf and Turf Tempura Bowl with Chance to Win Flights to Japan

Japanese tempura rice bowl restaurant Kaneko Hannosuke is launching three new dishes this June, featuring the unique aroma of truffles paired with whole lobsters and Australian beef, promising a richer experience for the palate. Starting June 5, customers can enjoy these new surf and turf tempura bowls and have a chance to win round-trip flights to Japan.
Featuring the fresh taste of wild small lobsters airfreighted directly, this dish stands out with its crispy exterior and juicy interior, crafted from a secret sauce passed down since the Edo period, blended with the distinct aroma of Italian truffles, creating a unique tempura sauce specifically for the bowl.
Another offering, the truffle beef tempura bowl, features delicately fried Australian wagyu beef with a light, crispy batter, revealing its rich layers of meat. Complimented with the special truffle sauce, shrimp, seasonal mushrooms, seaweed, and fried egg, this dish satisfies both land and sea palates.
In addition, the restaurant has launched a value set meal, the truffle beef and shrimp set, aimed at those who prioritize a balanced diet. Priced at 399 TWD, it includes beef rolls, shrimp, large vegetable tempura, seasonal mushrooms, seaweed, and a special truffle dipping sauce.
Customers who spend over 499 TWD at Kaneko Hannosuke or 1200 TWD at Nihonbashi Seafood can enter a raffle for a chance to win dining vouchers, merchandise, and cash discounts. The grand prize drawn on July 10 includes 52,000 travel miles, equivalent to a round trip for two to Japan, along with AirPods Pro 2 and other prizes, making every receipt count for one entry.
