Kaohsiung MRT Adjusts Service Intervals and Japanese Rice Ball Shop Opens as Scheduled
In response to the suspension of work and classes in Kaohsiung tomorrow (6th), the Kaohsiung MRT Company announced at 9 PM tonight that the service intervals during peak and off-peak hours would be adjusted to 15 minutes, with a 20-minute interval during late-night hours.
For the light rail, the service interval before noon will also be adjusted to 20 minutes, and by 11 AM, further updates regarding afternoon operations will be announced based on weather conditions.
Additionally, the theme song launch event for "Mikan-chan ga daisuki ~ My Favorite Mikan" scheduled at the R16 Zuoying Station in front of the Mikan Station Master specialty store at 10 AM has been canceled due to the approaching typhoon.
However, the Japanese rice ball shop "Higuchi Onigiri," which has been in the recent leasing dispute, will still open at the R16 Zuoying Station as planned.
